Who we are

What we do and how we do it

We focus on four areas that rarely live in isolation: AI applications, Salesforce, Java back-end services and the integrations that connect them. Because we work across all four, we can look at your problem as one system rather than a set of separate projects.

The people you work with are senior engineers who write code. The person scoping your project is the same person who designs it and builds it, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off between sales and delivery.

We build, and we also advise. Sometimes you need a team to ship a feature; sometimes you need a second opinion on an architecture, a vendor choice or a codebase before you commit. We’re comfortable doing either, and we’ll tell you which one we think you need.

Principles

How we approach every engagement

A few commitments that shape how we work with your team, whatever the size of the project.

Senior people on every engagement

You work directly with experienced engineers who have built and run systems like yours, not a rotating bench of juniors.

Build for the team that inherits it

We write tested, documented code that follows your conventions, so your team can maintain it confidently after we step back.

Pragmatic over fashionable

We recommend the simplest approach that solves your problem well, even when a newer tool or a bigger architecture is on offer.

Straight answers

Clear estimates, honest trade-offs and early warnings when something changes. If we’re not the right fit, we’ll say so.

Working together

How an engagement works

Every project starts small and clear, then grows only if it’s useful to you.

  1. A short conversation

You tell us about the problem, the systems involved and your constraints. We ask questions and tell you honestly whether we can help.

  2. A written proposal

We send a defined scope: what we’ll deliver, roughly how long it will take and how we’ll both know it’s done.

  3. Delivery and hand-over

We work in short, visible increments with your team, then hand over the code, documentation and knowledge to run it without us.

Let’s talk about your project

Tell us what you’re working on and we’ll suggest a sensible first step.
