How we engage

Start where it makes sense for you

You don’t have to commit to a large project up front. Most engagements fall into one of three shapes, and many move from one to the next.

  1. Assessment

    A short, fixed-scope look at your systems, code or plans. You get a written report covering what we found, the risks we see and a prioritized set of recommendations you can act on with or without us.

  2. Build

    A defined project with agreed deliverables and a timeline. We work in short increments alongside your team, with regular demos, so you see progress and can change direction early.

  3. Support

    Ongoing help after launch or alongside your own engineers: fixes, enhancements, reviews and advice. The scope is sized to what you actually need, and you can adjust it as that changes.
